Apple Blow Fizz

Recipe:
Egg white
50 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
25 ml Cloudy apple juice
20 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 ml Gomme

Making of:
Method: Shake all ingredients, add ice and shake again. Strain into glass with ice. Top up with soda.
Glass: Tumbler.
Garnish: Apple slice.
