Floral Strength

Recipe:
40 ml Elephant Strength Gin
15 ml St Germain
15 ml Lemon juice
5 ml Simple syrup
2 dashes absinth
Egg white

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain into chilled glass.
Glass: Martini glass.
Garnish: Orange zest and star anise.
