50 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
30 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Simple syrup
30 ml Lemon juice
5 ml Yuzu

Making of:
Method: Shake with ice, strain into glass and fill with ginger beer.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: Slice of fresh ginger and a mint sprig.
