45ml Elephant Gin infused with lime 
4 barspoons strawberry & pepper marmelade 
15 ml Solerno orange liquor
15ml Yuzu juice

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain.
Glass: Coupette covered with toasted kinako (i.e. roasted soybean flour).
