Recipe:
25 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
45 ml Gra’it Grappa
30 ml Lemon juice
25 ml Simple syrup
4 Raspberries
15 ml Egg white

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain into chilled glass.
Glass: Coupette.
Garnish: Raspberries.
