Recipe:
45 ml Elephant Gin
15 ml Ramazzotti Rosato
15 ml ginger syrup
15 ml fresh lemon juice
Fentimans Ltd Elderflower Tonic Water
Thyme

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain everything except tonic water on the rocks. Top with Tonic.
Garnish: Thyme.
