Sloe Gin Ice-cream
What a better weekend treat than a sloe gin ice-cream! Check out this simple recipe created by our in-house sweets-making queen Mirka.
For the light part:
300g lemon curd 300ml crème fraîche
300g plain yoghurt
120ml sloe gin
Mix together gently. In the first 2 hours, you should stir every 30 minutes to avoid ice segregation.
For the dark part:
300g lemon curd
300ml crème fraîche
300g plain yoghurt
120ml sloe gin
100g raspberry puree (you can make this out of frozen raspberries and some vanilla sugar)
250g frozen winter berries, like raspberry and red currant.
