Many exciting partnerships and collaborations have developed over the past few years – for which we produced bespoke and personalised batches as well as launched exotic twists of our original London Dry recipe.
Admittedly, pairing wine and gin is rather unusual, but one that holds lots of potential. We found two perfect partners to experiment with: wine-grower Stefan Winter and “Jacques Weindepot”. For this special edition, we combined our Elephant London Dry Gin with a Winter Riesling, vintage 2018, whose lively fruit and cool freshness wonderfully complement the complexity of our gin.
